Review // Pita Jungle
Last night I went to Pita Jungle for the first time! I heard lots of good things from my friends about how fresh and healthy Pita Jungle was, so I was so excited to try it.
When I walked in, we were greeted by our server, Jeremy, who was very friendly. He recommended we start off with the Roasted Cauliflower in Tahini sauce; I loved the sauce, and the crispy onions with the cauliflower was the perfect pair.
I decided I needed some Tzatziki sauce with pita, and needed to try an item off the Seasonal Kitchen Crafts Menu (think super-foods!) so we chose the chili. Both tasted fresh and awesome! We added Pita Jungle’s specialty hot sauce (try the green one!) to give the chili extra kick.
For entrees, we ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala - the coconut sauce was creamy and delicious- as well as the Roasted Garlic and Portobello Pizza, which tasted healthy and light. I enjoyed every bite, and soon both dishes were gone. Finally, we ate the Chocolate Dipped Walnut Baklava Rolls, which for a sweet tooth like me, is just plain heavenly! Pita Jungle lived up to its reputation of delivering healthy and delicious food!
