Phoenix Staycations // AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore
With the hectic juggle of long work deadlines, Christmas shopping, and holiday parties, an oasis in the desert was exactly what we needed and hoped for. Simple, but sophisticated is the style that AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore resonates, and it certainly delighted and surprised us with the perfect escape. With a room on the 5th floor, we had an expansive view of the lake and Camelback Mountain. Our room was perfect for the two of us, and we enjoyed the newly modeled furniture, since the hotel just recently opened.
After visiting AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore in the fall, I was very excited for what the chef had in store for us. We started the meal with Risotto Balls with a Marinara drizzle, and Shrimp wrapped in thick pieces of Bacon! Both were delicious. We noshed on the AC Tapa Board, which had exceptional cheese and meats on it- exuding a European-styled flair, and wrapped up the meal with Braised Short Ribs, and Polenta. The Braised Short Ribs were so tender and juicy, we didn’t even need a steak knife to cut it! The beef simply melted in our mouths.
I recommend the AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore to anyone with sophisticated taste, a love for European influenced food, and a passion for magnificent views of the Biltmore area.
