Event // Mac and Cheese Festival AZ

On November 19th, I had the pleasure of judging the Mac and Cheese Festival AZ at the Salt River Fields! I had over 20 vendors to sample from, and many were just delicious! I was so busy running around to the different vendors, I was so glad that I had my Verizon Google Pixel 3 to capture these awesome photos. One of my favorites was Courtyard Marriott. They had a Thanksgiving-themed mac and cheese. This included cranberry apple stuffing, smoked turkey leg, and green bean casserole, and tasted like Thanksgiving in my mouth! Another one that stole my heart, was by Taste of New Mexico! Their chicken and green hatch chile mac and cheese had heat and cheesiness- just perfection! I applaud the flavors and originality that many of the vendors had, and cheers to cheesy mac and cheese!
