Microblading with Lux Cosmetics

I've always been insecure about my eyebrows! I've had a million waxing and threading mishaps, and too many eyebrow pencils to count. But I've always been curious about microblading.

When I first met Karely, from @luxcosmeticsaz, she immediately made me feel comfortable. She possesses a passion for her craft, and I felt good to go for this transformation.

The first thing Karely did was measure and determine my future brow shape. She measured my arch, the inner side of the brow, and the outer side of the brow with a special ruler and pencil markings. I didn’t know that so much science and mathematics came into formulating the perfect brow!

Next she our special numbing cream on my brows so I wouldn’t feel anything. We waited fifteen minutes for it to take effect. Then, the time came to actually microblade my brows! She took a little instrument to cut tiny incisions into my brows, while simultaneously filling those incisions with brown dye.

Voila! Oh-em-gee! I couldn't put down the mirror! Karely did an amazing job in finding the right shape and framing my face! And now I'm more comfortable going make-up free.
