We started off with the Vegetarian Platter and Ghobi Manchurian. The Vegetarian Platter is a vegetarian’s dream! With crisp samosas on the outside, and soft potatoes and peas on the inside, the samosas were fried to perfection. The Ghobi Manchurian is every cauliflower lover’s favorite. With red sauce coating the breaded cauliflower, the Ghobi Manchurian delivers in Indo-China flavors and excels in tastefulness.

For our main dishes, we ordered the assorted naan (garlic, onion, and cheese), the popular Chicken Tikka Masala, and the Lamb Vindaloo. I loved dipping my garlic naan in the orange sauce of the Chicken Tikka Masala. The spice level was just right, and the thick sauce coated my tongue with extra flavor. The Lamb Vindaloo was extremely tender, as it was cooked in a Tandoori oven!

 We finished off the meal with Mango Lassi, a thick, sweet mixture for dessert, and a cocktail that had sweet mead and ginger beer. Perfect concoctions to end a wonderful meal.
